Overcoming digital roadblocks in a growing business, Ripples Bathrooms—a luxury bathroom installation specialist in Dublin—had earned a strong reputation for designing and installing premium bathrooms, en-suites, wet rooms, and mobility solutions. As the business expanded, their investment in Google Ads grew, revealing a significant challenge: their website was limiting the effectiveness of their paid advertising. Despite a robust ad budget, they faced low click-through rates and lower leads than anticipated.

Task

Vroom’s mission was to help Ripples Bathrooms maximise their existing Google Ads investment by addressing the poor performance of their website. We needed to boost their conversion rates, lower their cost per lead, and increase the volume of actionable leads. The task didn’t end at improving their Paid Social; we knew their website needed to be rebuilt to truly optimise their digital presence.
